Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and program benefits.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and campaigns.
- Conduct campus tours and explain facilities to prospective students.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills:




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid sales and negotiation ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Qualification
- Graduate in any field (Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred).
- Experience in Education Counselling / Tele-Sales / Inside Sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
