About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2B merchandising activities from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with buyers to understand product requirements, order specifications, delivery timelines, and quality expectations.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, purchase orders, costing details, and production trackers.
- Coordinate with design, production, sampling, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and production status.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely deliveries as per agreed timelines.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for fabric, trims, embellishments, and accessories.




- Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards before dispatch.
- Handle order modifications, client queries, and resolve production-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to orders, invoices, shipping, and inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch planning and shipment tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Analyze sales performance, order trends, and customer requirements to support business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
