Sales Manager - Job Roles & Responsibilities (Real Estate)
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Build relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and deal negotiations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and successful closures.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
