Role:
Responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for pre-primary students while following the ICSE curriculum framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and lessons.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
- Maintain a protected, caring, and interactive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents regularly.
- Use creative teaching methods, storytelling, and activity-based learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and coordinators for curriculum planning,
Requirements:
- Graduate with Montessori / NTT / ECCEd qualification.
- 3 - 5 years of work experience as a Pre-Primary/Primary Mother Teacher in ICSE / CBSE curriculum schools.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Familiarity with activity-based and experiential learning methods.
