Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Cell Assistant to support the institution's Research Cell. The role involves coordinating faculty and student research activities, tracking research paper submissions, maintaining research records, and assisting in organizing research events.

Responsibilities
- Support faculty and students in research-related activities.
- Track conference and journal paper submissions and deadlines.
- Maintain records of research papers, publications, and presentations.
- Identify and circulate conference calls for papers (CFPs).
- Assist in organizing research workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA, PGDM, M.Com., M.Sc.) preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.




- Fresh graduates with solid academic credentials and an interest in research may also apply.

Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Google Scholar, Mendeley, or similar research tools is an advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
