Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and activations
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, artists, and partners for smooth execution
- Manage college outreach and build collaborations with student communities and campus representatives
- Support end-to-end event execution, including logistics, permissions, coordination, and on-ground management
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist in influencer, creator, and college ambassador coordination
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely execution of activities
- Support engagement activities and community building initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in organising or managing college events/fests




- Active network and contacts across colleges and student communities
- Good vendor management and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of event production and execution workflows is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and presentation tools
- Self-driven, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred
- Experience working with student clubs, cultural committees, or college societies
- Interest in marketing, branding, creator ecosystem, or events industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
