About the Role

The Procurement & Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end procurement, warehouse fulfilment, and inventory management to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of goods across the business. The role oversees local and international sourcing, including supplier management and imports from China to New Zealand, while driving spend analytics, vendor performance, inventory optimisation,



and continuous process improvements to support operational efficiency and business growth.

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver cost savings, operational efficiency, and supply continuity.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing through to purchase order issuance and supplier performance monitoring.
- Conduct spend analysis to identify procurement trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service level agreements with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor procurement budgets and support strategic cost-control initiatives.
