Key Responsibilities: -

Distributor Management System (DMS & E-DMS) Software Management:
Maintain Inventory on day-to-day basis as per PO received from SS.

Generate Sales Invoice and GRN on daily basis.

Scheme updation in DMS & EDMS as an when required.

Ensure smooth operation and functionality of software.

Implement necessary updates and modifications to enhance performance.

Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

Guide sales team members as and when required along with Super Stockist and Distributor on how to effectively use and manage software.

Generate reports and analyse data to provide insights for decision-making as and when required.

E-commerce Platform Management (Amazon, Flipkart & Others):
Generating timely orders (FBA & FBM) from E- commerce & its processing.

Return order processing received from Amazon & Flipkart.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.

Monitor product listings & pricing on Amazon and Flipkart.

Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.





SAP Operations:
Utilize SAP for various tasks such as customer code creation (BP), Order Processing (VA01), Goods Inward (MIGO), STO Generation (ME21N & ME22N), Item creation (MM01, MM60, MSMC) & Stock Management at HO Location.

Collaborate with required department for system enhancements and upgrades.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.

Collaborate with IT department for any technical support or system integrations.

Communicate effectively with SS, Distributor & E - Commerce service providers.

Reporting:
Monthly sales reports: Report to prepare from DMS E-DMS & SAP.

E-commerce related Reports: Sales vs Expense.

Present insights and recommendations to management for decision-making as an when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
