Job Title: Head Chef Cum Trainer

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of Chinese and Continental food

Handle daily kitchen work smoothly

Maintain food quality and taste

Train kitchen staff in cooking and hygiene

Make sure kitchen is clean and organized

Manage stock and reduce wastage

Create and maintain recipes and kitchen process

Support in kitchen setup and staff training

Work with management for better kitchen operations

Skills Required

Experience in Continental snacks

Knowledge of Pizza, Pasta, and Italian food

Knowledge of Mocktails, Shakes, and Café beverages





Valuable team handling skills

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as Chef / Senior Chef / Trainer

Experience in kitchen operations and staff training

Hotel Management or Culinary degree preferred
