Job Summary

As a Data Analyst (Fresher), you will collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations and decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams to generate reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and reporting tools.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively.
- Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support business teams with ad hoc data analysis requests.
- Work with senior analysts to improve reporting processes and data quality.
- Document analysis processes and maintain data records.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Understanding of SQL for querying databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and analytical tools.
