Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Prepare order entries in ERP/software and maintain order records.
Coordinate with the production, planning, and dispatch departments.
Track order status and ensure timely completion and delivery.
Prepare order confirmations, invoices, and related documents.
Monitor pending orders and follow up with internal teams.
Handle customer queries regarding order status and specifications.
Maintain daily MIS reports and order tracking reports.
Verify product details, weight, purity, and specifications before dispatch.
Coordinate with CRM, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
