We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller who can generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
- Generating and qualifying leads for interior design and turnkey projects
- Following up with inquiries received through various marketing channels
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers
- Understanding client requirements and sharing relevant information




- Coordinating with management regarding lead status and conversions
- Regularly updating Excel sheets, and lead databases
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English communication
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
