Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
- Maintain accurate stock records and documentation (GRN, stock registers, etc.)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for timely procurement
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Follow FIFO/LIFO inventory practices as applicable
- Coordinate with production and other departments for material requirements




- Ensure proper handling of inward and outward material movement
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store
- Prepare stock and inventory reports

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in stores or warehouse management
- Experience in machine manufacturing or engineering industry preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management and store processes
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel; ERP preferred)
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, stock audits, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
