Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- BIW Maintenance
- 1) To improve Reliability of Equipment with minimum cost.
- 2) Ensuring Zero quality defect due to equipment,
- 3) Ensuring Zero Breakdown or no loss of production due to Equipment breakdown by providing Alternative arrangement.
- 4)Spare part cost reduction by various improvement.
- 5)Eliminate unsafe condition.
- 6)Ensure Equipment Uptime more than 99 %.
- 7) Planning and execution of PM, TBM,CBM activity.
- 8) Improve MTBF and MTTR by implementing various improvements..
- 9) Equipment Safety check and Calibration check.
- 10)Spare part planning and ensure availability.
- 11) Cost reduction through energy saving kaizens and spare part cost reduction.
- 12) Maint. Associate skill level improvement.
- 13)Support through valuable idea/Kaizen to improve productivity, Quality, Safety, Conversion Cost.
- 14) TPM implementation.
