Job Opening: Cost Accountant

Position: Cost Accountant
Location: Nalagarh Plant, Samrat HPL
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost sheets and product costing.
- Monitor manufacturing costs and analyze cost variances.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports related to production and costing.
- Conduct inventory valuation and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Finance departments for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities related to costing.
- Perform physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.




- Recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) qualification will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and costing techniques.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
