Job Overview

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Configure DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, and HD Cameras.
- Troubleshoot CCTV-related technical issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment after installation.

Technical Support:
- Provide onsite technical support to clients.
- Attend service calls and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding system requirements and support.

Hardware & Networking Support:
- Troubleshoot basic computer hardware issues.
- Configure network devices and connectivity settings.
- Assist with system setup and peripheral installations.

Requirements:
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in CCTV Installation or Technical Support
- Knowledge of IP Cameras, HD Cameras, DVR & NVR Systems
- Basic Computer Hardware and Networking Knowledge
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Hindi & Gujarati communication skills required




- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
- Willing to travel for onsite client visits

Pay: ₹8,157.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
