Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Shopify, and the company website.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain stock availability.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and marketplace metrics.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams for product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate pricing, catalog management, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Analyze competitors' pricing, product offerings,



and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Experience with product listing and catalog management.
- Good understanding of inventory and order management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online promotions is an added advantage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Freshers with relevant internships or certifications may also apply.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
