Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

Handle inquiries generated through social media, digital platforms, and other lead sources.

Understand clients' travel preferences, budget, duration, and travel purpose.

Recommend suitable international destinations based on client requirements.

Prepare customized holiday packages and travel quotations.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Itinerary Planning

Design personalized international travel itineraries.

Offer multiple package options based on client budgets.

Upsell premium hotels, activities, and travel experiences.

Booking & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with international DMCs and travel partners.

Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including:
Flight bookings

Hotel reservations

Visa assistance

Travel insurance

Airport transfers and sightseeing





Ensure timely confirmations and accurate travel documentation.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the travel journey.

Generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in international travel sales.

Strong knowledge of outbound destinations such as Thailand, Bali, Dubai, Europe, Mauritius, South Africa, Australia, and other popular international destinations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.

Experience in preparing customized holiday packages.

Ability to independently manage client inquiries from consultation to booking.

Strong vendor coordination and relationship management skills.

Target-oriented with a proven sales record.
