About the Role

CARE College is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counselors to guide students regarding Nursing, Paramedical, and Pharmacy courses. If you have experience in Education Counseling, Telecalling, Call Center, Customer Support, Sales, or Lead Generation, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Convert admission inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission process.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/Excel regularly.
- Coordinate with the admission team for document verification and enrollment.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi is mandatory, English is a plus).
- Good convincing and counseling skills.




- Positive attitude and confidence while talking to students.
- Ability to work under targets.

Salary

₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month:
