Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Procure HVAC materials, equipment, and accessories as per project requirements.
- Source and develop reliable vendors for HVAC products and services.
- Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors.
- Coordinate with project, design, and stores departments for procurement planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors regarding deliveries.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and material quality before processing.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase reports, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and budgets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Purchase Executive in the HVAC industry.




- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant qualification.
- Good knowledge of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and ventilation materials.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management Software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
