Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and training programs for new hires.
- Provide regular skill development and refresher training.
- Monitor employee performance and identify training needs.
- Maintain training records and reports.
- Ensure company SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols are followed.
- Motivate and guide teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in training, HR, hospitality, wellness, or service industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
