Job Title: Education Counsellor

Location: Pune

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding Online UG/PG and online courses.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs/universities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, or Academic Sales.
- Prior experience in Online UG/PG admissions counselling is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
