Job Summary

We are hiring Collections Executives/Recovery Officers for leading Banking and NBFC clients. The role involves managing overdue customer accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through outbound calls to collect overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during the collection process.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution and closure.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned departments whenever required.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (as per project requirement)
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, or Telecalling is preferred.
- DRA Certification is mandatory for applicable collection projects.:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
