We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to manage influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, and brand collaborations.

Role Overview

As an Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships Executive, you will own end-to-end influencer campaigns and contribute directly to building PERCH’s brand visibility and customer acquisition through creator-led marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing_
- Identify, source, and onboard relevant fashion, lifestyle,



and men’s grooming influencers
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
- Manage outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and influencer networks
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, conversions, and ROI
- Brand Partnerships_
- Identify and execute strategic brand collaborations
- Manage co-branded campaigns, giveaways, and promotional partnerships
- Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure smooth execution
- Affiliate Marketing_
- Recruit and manage affiliate partners and content creators
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Social Media & Campaign Support_
- Support influencer-led campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign execution
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and competitor activitie
