About Position

We are looking for a Zscaler ZIA Engineer to design, deploy, and manage secure internet and web access using Zscaler Internet Access.

What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and operate Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) solutions.
- Configure web security, SSL inspection, URL/content filtering, and DLP policies.
- Manage traffic forwarding (PAC, GRE/IPsec, ZCC) and policy optimization.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and policy issues.
- Integrate ZIA with identity, logging, and SIEM platforms.
- Document configurations and operational procedures.

Expertise You’ll Bring
- Between 5 to 8 years of experience in Zscaler ZIA / secure web access.
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).
