The company also owns and operates Lighthouse Waterpark at Mansar (Nagpur) and Happy Hills (Khindsi Lake, Ramtek) since 1992. All company properties are located within 90 kms radius of Nagpur. Headquartered at Nagpur, the company aims to be one of the leading hospitality groups of India in future. Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures by maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
- Supervising front office staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Handling guest queries and complaints efficiently, and coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping and reservations.
- The role involves managing room allocations, walk-in guests, and bookings while keeping the front desk area organized and well-equipped.




- The manager will also be required to maintain accurate records, generate reports, oversee operational documentation, control costs, and monitor supplies.
- Additionally, they will be responsible for training and mentoring front office staff and conducting regular performance evaluations.

Requirements:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- The role requires robust communication and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in front office systems and software.

Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in Hotel and Resorts Background.

Education: Graduate or Post Graduate
- Hospitality Background Preferred.

Salary: 1, 68,000.00 - 2,00,000.00 per annum.
