Position: Fashion Consultant

Department: Retail

Reporting To: Store Manager / Retail Manager

Job Summary

The Fashion Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, providing styling advice, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high visual merchandising and store standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits and accessories.
- Build solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase Average Bill Value (ABV) and Basket Size.
- Maintain product knowledge, including fabrics, fits, styling, and current fashion trends.
- Ensure merchandise is well displayed and replenished as per VM guidelines.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
- Assist with stock receiving, tagging, replenishment, and stock counts.
- Process billing, returns,



and exchanges according to company policy.
- Capture customer details for CRM and follow up with clients on new arrivals and special occasions.
- Support promotional events, launches, and in-store activities.
- Follow all company SOPs, grooming standards, and attendance policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- fashion retail or luxury retail : 2 years (required
