Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the Medical Records Department.
- Ensure accurate maintenance, storage, and retrieval of patient medical records.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for timely documentation.
- Monitor medical record completeness and quality.
- Prepare departmental reports and support audits/accreditation processes.
- Train and guide MRD staff on documentation standards and record management.
