Job Overview:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must have good knowledge of preparing Quotations, Invoices and processing of Purchase order.
- Knowledge of Stock Inventory
- Knowledge of Tally
- Will be Responsible for daily, weekly and month-end account activities including accounts receivables and payables
- Responsible for managing the vendors and the bill payments
- Will be responsible for maintaining branch petty cash account
- Coordination with Head offices / branch offices on Quotations, Invoicing,
- Delivery, Logistics, Taxation etc.




- Handling company correspondence & reports independently
- Payment follow-up with customers / Responsible for Bills Receivable
- Manage office space
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must possess a positive attitude and a team player.
- To upload the invoice to customer portal for payment process.
- SFDC Service Cloud activities.

Qualification & Experience:
- Experience : 3 to 5 years
- Education : Commerce Graduate
- Salary : INR 4 to 6 lakhs per annum.
