Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate service team activities.
Field work
- Manage both office operations and field service activities.
- Handle customer service requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with clients, technicians, and management.
- Ensure quality standards and company procedures are followed.
- Conduct site visits and oversee field operations whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of service operations and reporting.
- Ability to manage office and field staff effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
