Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Manager who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales leads, managing customer communication, ensuring timely follow-ups, and converting enquiries into business opportunities.

The role plays a critical front-line function, as the first interaction with customers significantly impacts conversion and brand perception.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Conversion
- Handle all incoming leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, and direct calls.
- Ensure zero missed calls and timely response to all enquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders (sales and rentals).




- Maintain strong follow-up discipline until closure.

Customer Interaction
- Understand customer requirements related to height access solutions.
- Maintain professional and confident communication with clients.

Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams for order execution.
- Prepare and share quotations as per company pricing policies.
- Track quote status and conversion ratios.

CRM & Reporting
- Update all enquiries and interactions in CRM/ERP (Brainzo/Company System).
- Maintain lead pipeline and status reports.
- Monitor lead ageing and ensure timely closures.

Relationship Building
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Encourage repeat business and referrals.
