A Primary School Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young students, typically aged 5-11. They plan lessons, deliver engaging instruction, assess student progress, and support overall child development in accordance with the school curriculum and educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet national and school curriculum requirements.
- Use engaging teaching methods to support various learning styles.
- Encourage student participation and foster a love for learning.
- Utilize technology and educational tools to enhance learning.

Student Assessment & Development:
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and observations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs.

Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom workplace.




- Enforce school rules and address behavioral issues effectively.
- Encourage discipline, cooperation, and respect among students.

Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Work closely with fellow teachers, administrators, and school staff.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Curriculum & Professional Development:
- Stay updated with educational best practices and curriculum changes.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training.
