Vivanda Gourmet is looking for a proactive Sales Co-ordinator to support our sales team. Your role will involve assisting with processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing orders and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, etc.) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Track deliveries and address any issues that arise to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks and customer communications.
- Gain a deep understanding of the gourmet cheese business to better support sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts & Sciences is preferred
- Excellent communication skills




- Basic proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
