Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions & specifications.
- Screen and assess applicants to match client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles.
- Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
- Track industry trends and salary benchmarks and prepare recruitment dashboards.
- Freshers (Any Graduate/MBA): Smart, active, and passionate individuals who are presentable and have excellent communication skills.
- Experienced (1-3 years): Recruitment professionals with robust communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Hadapsar, Pune before starting work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to pitch to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial understanding of recruitment processes and client management.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
