Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Process, track, and monitor orders from receipt to delivery.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery records, and other operational documents.
- Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries, documentation, and pending commitments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Track pending tasks, identify delays, and proactively resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting communication, creating templates, summarizing reports, and improving productivity.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BMS, MBA preferred).
- 2 years of experience; freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Based in Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Bhiwandi, or nearby locations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
