Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain User Manuals, Installation Manuals, Operation Manuals, and Maintenance Manuals.
- Create and update Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) documents.
- Prepare Ready to Release (RTR) documents prior to product dispatch.
- Develop and maintain Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) checklists and reports.
- Prepare Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documentation.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Assembly Instructions.
- Prepare Product Datasheets, Technical Specifications, Test Reports, and Compliance Documents.
- Maintain revision history, document numbering, and version control for all engineering documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Project teams to gather technical inputs and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Ensure all documentation complies with customer requirements, company quality standards, and defense documentation practices.
- Maintain a centralized repository of all technical documents and ensure proper document control.




- Support customer inspections, audits, product demonstrations, and project handovers by providing complete documentation.
- Update documentation whenever design changes, product improvements, or engineering revisions are implemented.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science) or any relevant technical discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical documentation, engineering documentation, or quality documentation.
- Freshers with excellent technical writing skills and engineering knowledge may also apply.
