Supreme Bituchem India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Building Supervisor to join our team in Nagpur. If you have hands-on experience in building construction, road works, and highway projects, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality infrastructure development with a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities for building, road, and highway projects.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with company and statutory standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare daily progress reports and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and cost objectives.




- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in building construction, road, and highway projects.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, site supervision, and quality control.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction setting.
