Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Onos Workforce Management (WFM) platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.
- Configure and customize workforce scheduling, forecasting, and time management modules.
- Build and optimize APIs, interfaces, and data pipelines for seamless data flow.
- Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Support data migration, validation, and system reconciliation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end WFM solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and user guides.
- Participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment activities.
