About the Role

We are looking for a smart, highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to work directly with the Administrator. This role requires excellent communication, robust follow-up skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily briefings, meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.
- Follow up on all assigned tasks until completion.
- Collect and review daily reports and checklists from all departments.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Reception, Marketing, Clinic Managers, and Doctors.
- Maintain SOP compliance and monitor pending work.
- Organize digital records, Google Drive, and important documents.
- Track KPIs, deadlines, and management action points.
- Coordinate interviews, vendors, visitors, and external communications.
- Assist in implementing AI tools and improving administrative systems.




- Maintain complete confidentiality of management and organizational information.

Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Executive.
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, and ChatGPT/AI tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
