Hiring: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts | Kalamgaon, Shahapur

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts to join our Finance team.

Location: Kalamgaon, Shahapur
Experience: 5-8 Years
Qualification: Inter CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
Industry Preference: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Monitor Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow planning, banking operations, and working capital.
- Drive ERP utilization (SAP/Oracle/Infor/SyteLine/Tally) and process improvements.
- Supervise and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Skills:




- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
