Teaching and Learning
- Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and teaching aids.
- Use up-to-date teaching methodologies, ICT tools, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance learning.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking among students.

Student Assessment
- Prepare question papers, assignments, quizzes, and case studies.
- Evaluate answer scripts, projects, presentations, and dissertations.
- Conduct internal assessments in accordance with university regulations.
- Maintain accurate academic and attendance records.
- Provide timely feedback and academic guidance to students.

Research and Publications
- Conduct quality research in Commerce and related disciplines.
- Publish research papers in peer-reviewed and indexed journals.
- Present papers at national and international conferences, seminars,



and workshops.
- Guide student research projects, dissertations, and internships, where applicable.

Student Mentoring
- Act as a mentor for assigned students.
- Provide academic and career counseling.
- Support students in internships, placements, and higher education opportunities.
- Encourage participation in extracurricular and co-curricular activities.

Curriculum Development
- Contribute to curriculum design and revision in line with university and regulatory requirements.
- Develop study materials, practical exercises, and case studies.
- Participate in the preparation of academic calendars and course plans.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
