Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director, Emerging Markets to lead and support our human resources function across India, Japan, China, Dubai, and Brazil. Working closely with the Global Talent team headquartered in Chicago, Illinois USA, this role ensures that global HR strategies, policies,



and processes are in alignment with business objectives while remaining compliant with local employment laws and regulations.

The HR Director will oversee core HR functions including employee relations, compliance with local legal requirements, talent management, performance management, and HR operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a solid understanding of regional HR practices, the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, and experience working with distributed global teams.
