- Job Summary_
- The Accounts & Audit Manager will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative operations of MedoPlus clinics, including cash reconciliation, stock audits, vendor management, clinic administration, and profitability monitoring.



The role will ensure financial discipline, operational compliance, and effective utilization of resources across all clinics._
- Key Responsibilities_
- _Ensure timely cash reconciliation, cash deposits, and verification of daily collections. _
- _Conduct periodic stock audits of pharmacy, optical, clinic consumables, and fixed assets. _
- _Identify inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. _
- _Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, invoice verification, and payment coordination. _
- _Monitor clinic-wise Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and recommend measures to improve profitability. _
- _Ensure compliance with financial policies, SOPs, and internal audit requirements. _
- _Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Procurement, and Clinic Managers for smooth financial and operational processes. _
- _Prepare MIS reports related to cash, inventory, expenses, and clinic performance. _
