We are seeking a agile, detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team and assist in managing the lifecycle of our government contracts, from tendering to on-site execution.

Position Overview

As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will play a versatile role balancing technical site management, financial estimation, and official liaisoning. You will be responsible for preparing precise tender documents, tracking project expenses, ensuring on-site progress matches engineering standards, and coordinating directly with government departments to ensure smooth project approvals and billing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tendering & Documentation




- Assist in the end-to-end preparation, compilation, and submission of government tender documents (E-tenders).
- Conduct quantity surveying and prepare accurate Material and Cost Estimates based on project drawings and Schedule of Rates (SOR).
- Maintain strict adherence to government compliance, timelines, and technical specifications required in the bidding process.

2. Site Management & Supervision
- Coordinate between senior project managers, subcontractors, and laborers.

3. Financial Tracking & Bill Generation
- Monitor and record daily project expenses, ensuring costs align with the allocated budget.
- Generate and verify Running Account (RA) bills and final bills for sub-contractors and the client.
- Maintain accurate measurement sheets (M-Books) and site progress logs.

4. Government Liaisoning
- Visit various government offices (PWD, NHAI, Municipal Corporations, etc.) for drawing approvals,
