- Job Summary_
- The Procurement & Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing pharmacy and optical operations across all clinics, including procurement, inventory management, regulatory compliance, sales growth, staff training,



and business development. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue growth._
- Key Responsibilities_
- _Manage procurement and sourcing of medicines, optical products, medical devices, and clinic consumables. _
- _Develop and maintain relationships with vendors; negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement. _
- _Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, minimize expiries, and ensure accurate stock records. _
- _Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, licenses, SOPs, storage standards, and statutory requirements. _
- _Drive pharmacy and optical sales through pricing, product mix, promotional activities, and customer engagement. _
- _Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives to increase revenue. _
- _Train and mentor pharmacists, optical staff, and clinic teams on product knowledge, SOPs,
