Junior Civil Engineer - Residential & Commercial Projects

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and labour productivity.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and measurement records.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site housekeeping.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Verify contractor bills and prepare work measurements.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and timely completion.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify site observations.
- Ensure compliance with local authority and project specifications.





Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in residential and/or commercial building projects.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of billing, quantity estimation, and quality control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to work in office.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction safety practices.
- Exposure to project documentation and contractor coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
