Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional specializing exclusively in Construction Safety Equipment and PPE.

Key Responsibilities
- Targeted B2B Sales: Pitch and sell specialized safety gear, including Fall Protection (harnesses, lifelines), Personal Protective Equipment (helmets, safety shoes, high-vis vests), and Collective Protection (safety nets, perimeter barriers).
- Consultative Selling: Analyze construction site plans and work with Safety Officers / Project Managers to recommend the exact safety equipment required for regulatory compliance.
- Lead Generation & Field Visits: Proactively map and visit active construction sites, infrastructure projects, and corporate procurement offices to generate recent business.
- Product Demos & Training: Conduct on-site product demonstrations to showcase the durability, load capacity, and certified standards of the safety equipment.
- Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with Purchase Managers and Chief Safety Officers (CSOs) to ensure our brand is the preferred vendor for ongoing and upcoming projects.




- Quotation & Deal Closure: Prepare commercial proposals, handle price negotiations, manage order collections, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hardcore experience in Construction Safety Equipment, Industrial PPE, or Fire & Safety product sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of safety standards (e.g., IS, EN, OSHA, or ANSI standards) and construction site hazards.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, technical presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to confidently interact with both on-site safety engineers and corporate procurement heads.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for intensive field/site visits.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience and existing client network)
- Incentives: Performance-linked sales commissions/in
