Civil Site Maintenance Engineer

Location: Viramgam, Gujarat
Budget (CTC): ₹ 25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 1-2 Years

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of building and civil maintenance works.
- Experience in repair and maintenance of residential/commercial/industrial buildings.
- Understanding of civil drawings and BOQ.
- Supervision of labour and contractor activities.
- Planning and execution of day-to-day maintenance work.
- Knowledge of masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and tiling works.
- Ability to estimate material requirements and control wastage.
- Coordination with vendors and procurement teams.
- Preparation of daily work reports and maintenance records.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdown and maintenance issues.
- Ensuring quality standards and site safety compliance.

Pay: ₹20,337.76 - ₹35,885.09 per month
