Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding Study, Visitor Visa options.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries professionally.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation, and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the documentation team for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Visa/Immigration counselling (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi will be an advantage.
