The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Comprehensive project lifecycle exposure, from initial design through to final commissioning.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration and project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand a customer's Requirements to recommend a customized product and engineering solutions.
- Strong Technical Knowledge in automation Systems and Solutions, PLC, Automation Controllers, Controls, Drives, HMI.
- Meet customer's and deliver technical presentations to highlight how a product/service meets their requirements and generate leads.
- Develop a sales pipeline, handle sales enquiries and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets.




- Provide pre and post-sales support to build customer relationships and encourage repeat business referrals.
- Knowledge of Business Solutions and Manufacturing Applications, factories.
- A minimum level of computer skills is essential, including proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of meeting exceeding yearly Quota.

Education Qualifications:
UG: B. Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization (preferred), B.Sc. in Any Specialization, Diploma in Any Specialization, B.A in Any Specialization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- 2 To 3 years of relevant experience
- Solid negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
